Miss Brock to wed Mr. Preston

Miss Allie Brock and Mr. Zach Preston, both of Tallahassee, Florida, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Miss Brock is the daughter of Heidi and Robert Smith of Yazoo City, Mississippi. Her grandparents are Kathy and Emory Smith of Bainbridge, Georgia, Karon Elwell and the late Jimmy Elwell of Bainbridge, Georgia, and Steve and Lucy Brock of Donalsonville, Georgia. Her great-grandparents are Pat Smith of Bainbridge, Georgia and the late Don Smith.

The bride-elect is a 2014 graduate of Bainbridge High School and graduated from Bainbridge State College in 2017. Miss Brock is currently employed at Capital City Bank in Tallahassee, Florida.

The groom-to-be is the son of Rose and Derek Dowie of Cartersville, Georgia and Ross and Katherine Preston of Tallahassee. His grandparents are Lillian and John Falcone of Boise, Idaho.

Mr. Preston graduated in 2006 from Maclay School and from Keiser University in 2010, where he majored in Culinary Science. He currently works at The Brickyard in Tallahassee.

An outdoor wedding is planned for October 13th at Maclay Gardens in Tallahassee, with Mike Albritton officiating.
