Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Betty Diggs, 62, of Tallahassee, Florida, will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 12,noon at University Ministries International located at 2640 Old Bainbridge Road, Tallahassee, Florida, with Apostle Terry Diggs, officiating. Mrs. Diggs will lie instate from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in Midway, Florida. Visitation will be Friday, October 5, 2018, from 1 p.m. until 7 at Reed & Hall Mortuary located at 116 W. Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida. Care and direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
