Grady Electric Membership Corporation announces the resignation of Thomas A. (Bo) Rosser, Jr., as CEO/President. Mr. Rosser served as the Grady EMC President/CEO since 2014. On Friday, August 10, 2018, Grady EMC and Mr. Rosser reached an agreement that headed off a potential lawsuit. Any and all potential claims were resolved as a result of this mitigation.

The Board of Directors unanimously voted to make the Grady EMC Operations Manager, John Long, interim CEO, citing that a search for Mr. Rosser’s replacement would take place after the October election.Grady EMC is a consumer-owned cooperative that provides electricity and other related services to more than 13,000 consumers, primarily in Decatur, Grady and Thomas counties.
