Bearcat fans will have the opportunity to watch a football practice at Centennial Field on Friday, Aug. 3, for the Bearcat Fan Day.
The inter-squad scrimmage and practice will give Bearcat fans an opportunity to watch the players go through warm ups, perform drills and compete against each other. Announcers will be in the press box to guide and call the event.
The fan day event will kick off at 5 p.m. and run between one and two hours.
There is no admission fee, but Bainbridge coach Jeff Littleton is asking fans to consider bringing a box of Oxyclean washing powder to help with washing uniforms throughout the season.
The Bearcats are preparing for a big season in Region 1-AAAAA against Harris County, Veterans, Warner Robins and rival Thomas County Central.
On Friday, Aug. 10, the team will travel to Valdosta for a scrimmage against Lowndes (1-AAAAAAA) at 7:30 p.m.
Bainbridge will kick off its season against Seminole County at home on Friday, Aug. 17, at 7:30 p.m.
