It’s hard to believe it’s almost July, but luckily the City of Bainbridge is already preparing for an amazing firework display to wow kids and adults alike.

The Fourth of July celebration will be held at the Earle May Boat Basin and is free for general viewing. However, the City and Taurus USA are offering VIP tickets to the celebration.

The ticket will include unlimited access to the VIP tent; all-you-can-eat food and five drink tickets that will be provided by a caterer. The VIP tent will offer the perfect view of the stage and fireworks display and costs $50. They can be purchased at eventbrite.com

Guests will want to arrive early to get a close seat to the stage to hear the musical styling of local band The Flint River Band and Kentucky country rock singer, Jericho Woods.

The music will begin at 5:45 p.m. and will last until the firework spectacular begins at 9:45 p.m. The fireworks are being done by J &M Displays this year. They have done amazing firework shows for the super bowl, so the City is excited to see what they bring to Bainbridge’s Fourth of July celebration. The fireworks will coincide with a musical soundtrack, so big bursting fireworks will go off while a base sound plays in the background.

The City knows this wouldn’t be possible without the help of their sponsors, Action GM, Dairy Queen, Southwest Georgia Farm Credit, Bainbridge Manufacturing, Forsyth Insurance, Ivey Funeral Homes and York & Associates Engineering Inc.

The City, Taurus USA and all sponsors invite everyone to come out and enjoy this year’s Independence Day celebration.
