Herman L. Handley

Herman L. Handley, age 77 of Irwin Co. died Thursday May 31, 2018 at the Irwin County Hospital.

Memorial Services will be held 2 pm Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the Reflection Chapel with Rev. Gary Griffin officiating.

Mr. Handley was born September 25, 1940, to the late Grover C. and Jewel Nasworthy Handley. He served his country proudly for 6 years, was retired from Coachman after 35 years of service and enjoyed woodworking, music and watching old movies.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Green Handley, one son, Charlie (Denise) Handley, one daughter, Peggy (Robert) Richardson, three step children, Judy Riley, Raymond G. Revels and Norman Lee Revels, eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, two sisters, Annie Mildred Crawford and Annette Minshew, one brother, Donnie (Nell) Handley and one sister in law, Shirley Mixon and the mother of his children, Trudy Handley.

In addition to his parents Herman was preceded in death by one brother, Grover C Handley Jr and one grandson, Michael Dewayne Weaver Jr.

Reflection Cremation & Funeral Service of Tifton is assisting the family with arrangements.
