Mrs Geraldine J. Harrell, 85, died Monday, May 28, 2018, at Bainbridge Health and Rehab. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 31, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Wendell Johnson, Vonn Johnson and Rev. Kent Barwick officiating. Interment will follow at Primitive Union Cemetery. Visitation was from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at Colquitt Funeral Home.

Mrs. Harrell was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. She was past Queen of Daughters of The Nile and past Matron of Bainbridge Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis (Addine) Harrell of Warwick, Ga. and Charles (Janet) Harrell of Thomasville, Ga.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Vonn (Mary) Johnson of Jacksonville, Fla.., Donald (Penny) Johnson of Byron, Ga., Wendell (Diane) Johnson of Lake City, Fla.; two sisters, Frances Martin of Byron, Ga. and Suamone (Lowell) Takles of Thomasville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ozie Lee Gay Johnson, one sister, Ellene J. Fincher and one brother James Johnson.
