Teri Ann Oswald was born January 4, 1961, in Marianna, Fla., the daughter of Bill and Lucretia Trolinger Oswald. She was a graduate of James S. Rickards High School in Tallahassee and worked as a legal secretary for Barrett Hoffman. She was Baptist by faith.
Teri was a daddy’s girl who loved the outdoors and her animals. She enjoyed reading “chick flick” books but her absolute favorite pastime was shopping. Kim and Terri would shop even when they had no money. The fun was found in the adventure. Teri was stubborn but big hearted; she lived with an “others first” mindset. Her quick wit and clumsiness caused giggling to break out often which brought joy to her heart. Teri considered her nieces and nephews her children and she loved them BIG. She always had a little something special for each of them and those who knew her well knew she would spend her last dime on family.
Survivors include her parents, Bill & Lucretia Oswald of Havana; her sisters, Tami Wester and her husband, Buddy, of Richmond Hill, Ga. and Kim Oswald and Don, of Tallahassee; her nieces and nephews, Dara, Kacee, Billie Ann, Justin and Jenny; her great-nieces and nephews, Reese, Pierce, Adalee, Jax, Lenox, Elianna, Kennedy, Adien and Braylie; and her fur baby, Faith.
