Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Susan Moore will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. at Mount Zion A.M.E. Church located at 576 Dade Street, Madison, Florida with Pastor Albert Barfield, officiating. Interment will follow in Bethlehem M.B. Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Cooks and Cooper Funeral Home on Saturday, April 7, 2018, from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.. Care and Direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
