After dropping their first two games to SGA and Open Bible, the GCA Cougars had an impressive win Thursday, March 8th in Bainbridge to GICAA region rival Sherwood Christian by a score of 13-3.

Senior Clay Wells had a great game offensively, going 4 for 4 with 2 doubles, 4 stolen bases, and scoring 2 runs. Wells was also strong on the mound striking out three through three innings. Junior Parker Goodson had an impressive two-run homer in the game. Senior Jared Duke and Sophomore Gabe Parker combined with Wells to shut down the Sherwood bats.

The Cougars host region foe Fullington Academy Monday. GCA is Coached by Marty Anderson who is assisted by Eddie Duke.
