Franklin Springcreek Ford has won the President’s Award for the second year in a row.

Led by Garet Franklin, the team at Franklin Springcreek Ford has worked hard to earn the prestigious award twice. The award is based in a point system that utilizes sales goals and customer feedback. The nation is separated into districts that compete for a President’s Award every year.

Franklin bought the dealership a few years ago from former owner Tim Smith and has worked hard to increase sales and build a strong customer satisfaction guarantee that he and the staff take very seriously. Franklin Springcreek Ford draws customers from all over Southwest Georgia and the North Florida panhandle because of his commitment to customer satisfaction.

Last year, Franklin and his wife were awarded a trip to Beverly Hills, California, all expenses paid for by Ford. Franklin’s favorite part about the trip is networking with other outstanding dealership owners and salesmen. He isn’t sure where he’ll be heading this year, but Franklin and his wife are excited to find out.

Franklin thanked his staff and customers for the support over the years, and is returning the favor in a brand new building being built on a lot behind the current Springcreek Ford.
