What once seemed like a passionate idea is now turning into a reality for Jay Que and her mother, Thawanda McBride. The mother daughter duo are the proud owners of the upcoming restaurant, All N One Seafood.

The new restaurant, which is located at 318 East Water Street, recently had their taste test. Que admitted she was scared for the feedback, but it was nice to hear the compliments and that everyone was excited for a new seafood restaurant in Bainbridge.

Que and her mother had longed for a seafood restaurant that would offer boiled crab and bowls containing sausage and corn flavored to perfection. They would often travel to Tallahassee in hopes of finding somewhere to fix their craving.

That’s when McBride decided to team up with Que and open up their own seafood restaurant.

All N One Seafood will offer crab legs, crawfish, fried fish with mullet and bowls of sausauge and corn along with the typical sides of cheese grits and potatoes just to name a few. This will be their beginning menu, but is set to change after Que and McBride see what items their customers are enjoying.

Que said one of her favorite dishes on the menu is the Cajun garlic crab boil. At the taste test, her customers agreed saying, “the seasoning is really good.” All of the food that will be offered is fresh seafood from the gulf.

Que and her mother wanted to make sure the prices were reasonable, though and that this would be an affordable place for families to enjoy quality seafood. The prices will range from $7.99 to $19. To begin with, the restaurant will only be accepting cash, but they plan to change that in the near future.

They will be open every Thursday-Saturday from 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. and every Sunday from 12 p.m.- 6 p.m.

They will be accepting to-go orders. Customers can call and place their order at 229-205-9671.

Que is excited to start this new business venture with her mom.

“It is her passion and I’m so happy it finally worked out for her.”

Their grand opening will be Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. and they invite everyone to come out and enjoy their latest seafood cuisines.
