Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Terrel Bailey will be held on Sunday, December 31, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Ephesus Seventh-Day Adventist Church, located at 1604 Butler Ferry Road, Bainbridge, Georgia with Reverend Christopher Thompson, officiating. Mr. Bailey will lie in state from 2 p.m. until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Care and direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
