Mrs. Eva Jean Johnson, 55, of Portsmouth, Virginia, transitioned on December 19, 2017. Homegoing services will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 11a.m. at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Colquitt, Georgia, with Reverend W.G. Thomas, officiating. Mrs. Johnson will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in Mount Olive Church cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, December 29, 2017, from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Care and direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
