Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Lottie “Dutchess” Gaines will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Second Saint James Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1912 South Potter Street, Bainbridge, Georgia, with Pastor Hewlett Powell, officiating. The body will lie instate from 12 noon until the funeral hour. Interment will follow immediately after the service. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017, from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
