Both occupants of the Altima were deceased on scene. It was determined that seatbelts were not in use at the time of the crash.

The driver was identified as Markieth Vason Chrispen (25) from Bainbridge.

The passenger was identified as Brian Rashad Sanders (27) from Bainbridge.
