William Charles “Chuck” Addison

William Charles “Chuck” Addison, age 58, of Nashville, Ga. and formerly of Donalsonville, Ga. passed away Monday evening, Nov. 27, 2017, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Ga..

A celebration of life memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Addison was born in Valdosta, on Sept. 12, 1959, to Leon Addison and Carol Ann Ryan Addison.  He was a member of the Lake Seminole Lions Club and very active with their annual fireworks display at the State Park. He enjoyed going to the Decatur County Service Center, helping with VBS, and watching the Braves.  Chuck was a loving and caring individual, definitely a “people person”.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his aunt and uncle, Mary Alice and Louie Barr of Donalsonville; his aunt, Pat Mary Ryan of California; his brother, Jimmy Addison and wife Ruby of Milledgeville, Ga.; his sister, Marie Barnes of Macon, Ga.; his cousin, Erica Ryan of California; nieces and nephews, Lacey Pieczarka, Jessica Addison, Scott Addison, Summer Addison, and Jamie Kelley; numerous other cousins, family members, and friends.  He is also survived by close family friends, David Jarvis, Terry Bell, and Marjorie Moseley, as well as his caregivers, Linda and Julie Russell,

Mr. Addison was preceded in death by his parents, Leon Addison and Carol Ann Addison and two brothers, Scott and David Addison.
