Patricia F. Winchester

Patricia F. Winchester, age 67, entered into rest November 5, 2017, at her residence surrounded by her family. Patricia was born in Bainbridge, Georgia having moved to Tallahassee 48 years ago from Attapulgus, Georgia. She was a member of Celebration Baptist Church where she was actively involved. Patricia was a gracious Christian wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She has left behind a beautiful legacy of hospitality, joy and love. She dedicated her life to serving Jesus by serving others. Her amazing generosity and love for life was felt by countless family and friends and will be missed greatly by many. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, William Harrell Parker and Bertha Ruth Raven Parker and sister, Joyce Parker Cook. Survivors include her husband of 48 years of marriage, Marcus Winchester; two children Jennifer Winchester and Brian Winchester; sister Judy Parker Ward; two brothers William Thomas Parker and Richard Harrell Parker; five grandchildren William Spencer, Melanie Winchester, Stafford Winchester, Zachary Spencer and Matthew Spencer. Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Thursday, November 9, 2017, at Celebration Baptist Church. A reception was held at the church following the service.
