Rosie Miller, 51, of Miller County, passed away September 14, 2017, at Southeast Medical Center in Dothan, Ala. Services will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Pilgrim Rest A.M.E. Church, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
