Feeling creative? Take a look at painting a sign for your door

The Firehouse Arts Center will be offering two workshops to create fall door hangers suited to everyone’s own personal taste.
Thursday, Sept. 7, or Friday, Sept. 8, from 6-9 p.m., friends can gather together and get creative. Wine and snacks will accompany paintbrushes and signs.
There are a variety of different options to choose from: owl, pumpkin, football, anchor, acorn, cross, skull, paw, or stacked pumpkins/reverse snowman.
Everything except the stacked pumpkins/reverse snowman costs $35 and includes all materials. The pumpkins/snowman costs $40, but allow for twice the use. The deadline to register is September 1, so the Arts Center has ample time to prepare all pieces and the payment is due before class.
Ali White will be on hand to help lead and guide the class. She also is available to help write in fonts on the decorations.
Registration can be filled out on the website BainbridgeArt.com, where everyone will be prompted to pick their cutout. White encourages everyone to come out and enjoy this fun event that can include the whole family. She asks for all questions to be directed to her email at ArtDirector@Bainbridgeart.com.
