Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Jerome “Sam” Fagg will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Smith Grove Missionary Baptist Church located at 7136 Tallahassee Highway, Attapulgus, Ga., with Pastor Alonzo Harrison, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in Conyers Cemetery. Collins Family Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
