Miss Toliver and Mr. Bulger to wed in October

Van and Marilyn Toliver are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Savannah Kay Toliver, of Bainbridge, to Charles Cole Bulger, son of Jamie and Kristi Bulger of Bainbridge.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Edward Maedge of Troy, Illinois, the late Carol Maedge and the late William and Faye Toliver, of Bainbridge.

Miss Toliver is a 2009 honor graduate of Bainbridge High School and in 2011 graduated from Wiregrass Technical College in Valdosta. She is employed in Accounts Payable at Lewis M. Carter Mfg. in Donalsonville.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Conna and Larry Kitchel, Monticello, Indiana, and the late Merle and Ford Bulger of Florala, Ala.

Mr. Bulger graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2012 and is the owner of Bulger’s Design & South Georgia Motorsports in Bainbridge. He won the Motocross 2014 Regional Championship 250C.

The wedding is planned for October 7 at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Bainbridge.
