Miss Murray to wed Mr. Dalton

Jason and Christi Murray, of Bainbridge, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey Cornelia, to Jeffrey Tyler Dalton of Cairo.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Flora Cornelia Humphrey, Jimmy and Beverly Cutchens, Dale and Angela Murray, and the great-granddaughter of Ruby Christine Murray of Bainbridge and Oliver C. Smith.

Miss Murray graduated with honors from Grace Christian Academy in 2015, and from Southern Regional Technical College in 2017 as a phlebotomist.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Billy and Mary Hagen of Cairo, and the great-grandson of Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Hayes of Ochlocknee.

Mr. Dalton graduated with honors from Cairo High School in 2014, and from Southern Regional Technical College in 2015 as an advanced emergency medical technician. He is currently working with Grady County EMS and is also a volunteer firefighter for Grady County.

The wedding is planned for September 9, 2017, at the Grady County Cultural Center in Cairo. The ceremony and the reception are by invitation only.
