Shalonda D. Shine, 43, of Bainbridge, Ga., passed away July 22, 2017, in Albany, Ga. Services will be Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Nelson Chapel A.M.E. Church, with interment at Jonas Lobe Cemetery. Bruton Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
