Brandon Lee Donalson, 32, of Bainbridge, passed away Monday, July 24, 2017.

The memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.

Brandon Lee Donalson was born May 1, 1985, in Bainbridge, the son of Charles Eugene Long and Carol Claudette Donalson. He lived most of his life in southwest Georgia and was affiliated with Mars Hill Church. Brandon was a heavy equipment operator.

Brandon enjoyed the outdoors, especially when he was catching fish. He tried to do everything he could to make others happy and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Brandon’s children were his heart and he loved spending time with them.

Survivors include his children, Brandon Lee Donalson, Jr. and Brooklyn Ogletree, both of Colquitt; his girlfriend, Caitlin Duccini; his mother, Claudette Donalson; his sister, Ashely Lynn Glover and her husband, Shad, of Vada; his grandparents, Charles and Lottie Long; his nieces and nephews, Christian Glover, Kayleigh Glover and Logan Glover; and his best friends, Austin J. Cook, Guy Heard and Buster Osborne. Brandon was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents, Leroy and Geneva Starling.
