Blanche Massey Green

Blanche Massey Green, 82, of Camilla died Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at her
residence.
Graveside funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 20 at
Oakview Cemetery in Camilla.  Rev. Gordon Cloud, Rev. Chad Boyd and Rev.
Lynn Massey officiated.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were The Sunshine Club and Faith Sunday
School Class.
Born April 20, 1935, in Miller County, she was the wife of the late Lucius
Paul Green and  daughter of the late Jesse Massey and Monteen Lynn
Massey.  Mrs. Green retired from Darwood Manufacturing and was a member of
First Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by an infant son, Timothy
Green; granddaughter, Mandi Lyon and brother, Ralph Massey.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane Alexander and husband, Michael of
Vidalia; a son, Steve Green and wife, Barbara of Leesburg;  three
brothers, Lynn Massey and wife Peggy, of Jacksonville,  Lee Massey and
wife, June of Colquitt,  Kenneth Massey and wife, Gloria of
Donalsonville; a sister-in-law, Novelene Massey of Bainbridge;
grandchildren, Misty Carr and husband, Ryan, Casey Joiner and husband,
Allen, Nikki McDonald and husband, Steven, Ashley Williams and husband,
Chuck;  and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation followed the service at the graveside.
