The news in Washington, DC appears to reflect an intent on the part of the current Republican administration to abolish Medicaid.

I look forward to your reporting of how Decatur County people will adjust to the loss of Memorial Hospital; how they will adjust to their older relatives being discharged from their nursing home beds; how the low-income black and white children will receive minimal health care. It should make for some interesting articles in the paper.
