Ralf Mullins Jr. passed away on April 7, 2017, in Tallahassee, Florida.  Funeral services will be Thursday, April 13, 2017, at 11 am at Emanuel M.B. Church, 161 Emanuel Church Road, Bainbridge, Georgia.  Interment will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery.  The family is receiving friends at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Mr. Charles and Mrs. Linda Mullins.  Guyton Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Condolences can be sent at www.guytonbrothersfuneralhome.com.
