Jeweldine Harrison was born March 28, 1945, in Blakely, Ga., the daughter of Samuel Colen Harrison, Sr. and Gladys Jewel Love Harrison. She married Curtis Glass in 1969, and raised her family in Southwest Georgia. Jeweldine was a member of Beulah Thomas Baptist Church.

Jeweldine was known for her big heart. She attended church faithfully and always lent a helping hand to those in need. Her grandchildren and great-grands were the light of her life. Jeweldine loved to color and would often find a willing child to share her hobby. Her family says she “had to watch television” and had an ear for music. Jeweldine also had an eye for fashion and never missed an opportunity to model pretty clothes.

Survivors include her brothers, David Harrison and his wife, Mary Ellen, of Albany, Sam C. Harrison, Jr. and his wife, Pat, of Lake Seminole, and Milton Harrison and his wife, Alisha, of Bainbridge; her grandchildren, Mark Faircloth and his wife, Mandy, Derrick Faircloth and his wife, Ansley, Brandon Faircloth and his wife, Elizabeth; and her nine great-grandchildren. Jeweldine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Curtis Glass; her daughter, Norma Faircloth; and her brother, Ronnie Joe Harrison.
