Christopher Mark Ingram, 74, of Palm Bay, Fla., passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Delwood Baptist Church with Rev. Dewitt Phillips and Brother David Pickering officiating. Interment will be at Delwood Baptist Church Cemetery with Cody Kempton, William Geary, Danny Lucio, Dylan Lucio, Nick Lucio, and Barbara Lucio serving as active pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Delwood Baptist Church from 1 to 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, prior to the service. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com.

Chris was born December 24, 1942, in Cornwall, England, the son of Joseph Mark Ingram and Annie Grace Hoskin. He was a graduate of Seale Hayne Agricultural College, served in the Royal Air Force, and was a professional rugby player for England. He loved telling about his great-grandfather who was a butler at Buckingham Palace and his grandfather who drove the horse and carriage for Queen Victoria. He was a very talented mechanic who worked with automobiles, aviation, and heavy equipment. He was very accomplished at wood working and loved his horses. He was very proud to have co-founded a world wide equine chat room group. He was a member of the Baptist Church of England.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Diane Boutwell Ingram of Palm Bay, FL; his son, Mark Ingram (Laurie) of Cornwall, England; his daughters, Maria Trethewey (Bo) of Cornwall, England; Michelle Bryant of Tampa, FL, Brandie Geary (Kevin Kempton) of Palm Bay, FL; his special friend he called his daughter, Shaia Lucio (Danny) of Palm Bay, FL; his sister, Betty Marr of Cornwall, England; his 11 grandchildren; and his 4 great-grandchildren.
