Donald Royce Anderson was born May 3, 1966, in Orlando, Fla., the son of Royce Anderson and Winfred Dollar Anderson. He lived most of his life in the Vada Community and was of Baptist faith. Donald was the owner of Anderson Manufacturing Inc.

With such an entrepreneurial spirit, it comes as no surprise to hear Donald described as “a self-made man.”. He was always busy and could do most anything with his hands. His mind was like a machine of its own. His work ethic was unmatched, as those who worked by his side at Anderson Manufacturing can testify. Donald had a need for speed, which included every vehicle from cars to motorcycles to airplanes…anything that would go. He lived life to the fullest and believed life is truly a gift to be enjoyed.

Survivors include his fiancé, Leslie Brock of the Vada Community; his children, Riley Anderson and Morgan Anderson, both of the Vada Community, and Robert Watson of Cairo; his father, Royce Anderson of the Vada Community; his siblings, Tammie Anderson, also of the Vada Community, and Debra McDonald of Pelham; and his grandchild, Kabrey Watson. Donald was preceded in death by his mother, Winfred Anderson.
