The Decatur County Board of Commissioners approved a number of board appointments at its meeting on Tuesday.

Andy Bell and Marlon Breedlove were both reappointed to the Bainbridge-Decatur County Industrial Development Authority.

Lauren Harrel was appointed to the Board of Health, Jim Rentz and Dewey Robinson were appointed to the Airpot Advisory Board, Tynese Jones was reappointed to the Recreation Authority and Revonn Miller (non-public), Billy Poppell (additional) and Dennis Brinson were all appointed to the Southwest Georgia Regional Commission.

The meeting also saw commissioners Butch Moseley and Russell Smith honored for their years of service.
