It’s time once again for GCA’s annual Winter Festival to be held Tuesday, Nov. 29, from 4-9 p.m. There is a new location this year (the old West Bainbridge Middle School gym) but the same wonderful event. There will be games and inflatables for the kids, a student art auction, a silent auction and the exciting live auction!
Ticket sales for the annual raffle have been going great. Buyers have the opportunity to win one of the fine prizes: Beretta A350 Extreme 12 gauge with Max 5 Camo finish, (shoots all shells up to 3 ½); Louis Vuitton Classic Monogram Set including Keepall 55 and Delightful GM; or $1,000 Cash. Tickets can be purchased for $10 or 6 for $50 and will be available up until drawing time on Nov 29th.
The Winter Fest Treasure Chest will be back for its third year thanks to Bishop’s Jewelers of Cairo & Donalsonville.
Only 200 keys will be sold for an opportunity to win one of these amazing gifts – Blue sapphire and diamond necklace, 14K white gold Hampton diamond ring, or a pair of diamond stud earrings. Those interested in pre-purchasing one of these keys can email schooloffice@gcacougars.org or just purchase on the night of the festival.
Keys are $20 each, three for $50, or six for $100.
The silent auction this year has over 130 items, and the evening will be rounded out with eight fabulous live auction items. The live items include: a package for four to Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul2Soul Concert in Atlanta, including hotel stay; a Parrot Bebop 2 Drone; a Custom design/ built outdoor swing, and private dinner party for 12 at Brentwood Plantation.
Finishing up the live auction will be a 1/2 day fishing trip for 10, a Blackstone griddle cooking station including beef from Grady Ranch, a 55’ Ultra HD TV, and a North GA Mountains vacation week.
