Let me please tell everyone why I support the American Health Care Exchange (AKA : Obama Care) and please if anyone doesn’t agree with me let me know.

My medicine cost $16,000 a month !!!! My current monthly premium is $132.00 and I have already received a letter from BCBS letting me know my monthly premium will go up next year to $352.00 a month.

Yes, this will be hard for my family to pay, but it still better than not walking!!! It will be better than trying to figure out where I will get $16,000 a month. Most all my friends and family know that I have MS. If I don’t get my medicine my MS will progress. I have six year old twins and need to walk another twelve years.

I also know better than most Americans the importance of healthcare insurance. My baby daughter was born very premature and she spent 98 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at UAB in Birmingham, Alabama. Our hospital bill was a few dollars short of ONE Million dollars!!! At the time I had Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and my husband had Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia . After everything was said and done we only paid $900.00. If you and your family have never had the a major healthcare experience like my family has had you will never be able to understand how precious health insurance is.

I will be the first to say I don’t know how or where to start to fix America’s Healthcare . I only know how desperately I need OBAMA CARE!!!!
