Peter Werner Chason

Peter Werner Chason, age 68, of Rockmart, Ga., passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016. He was born on April 6, 1948, in Straubing, Germany to his father, the late Roy Chason, and his mother, Gerda Somerfeld Chason. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Clifford Chason. Mr. Chason was a district manager for Springleaf Financial, where he was employed for over forty years.

Survivors include his loving wife of almost forty-five years, Angela Chason of Rockmart, Ga.; daughters Kristie Keown & husband, Blake of Temple, Ga., Erica Chason of Rockmart, Ga.; grandchildren, Hannah & Lily Keown of Temple, Ga..

A memorial service date & time for Mr. Chason will be announced later this week.

In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests that donations be made to Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center, in memory of Peter Werner Chason.
