The Grace Christian Academy Lady Cougars remained undefeated with a two match sweep over First Presbyterian.

The Lady Cougars took the first match in straight sets 25-14, 25-13, 25-8. In the second march they took the first set 25-10 before losing the second set 22-25. It was the first set that the Lady Cougars had dropped all season. They rebounded to take the match in four sets winning the third set 25-7 and the fourth set 25-12 to clinch the sweep.

Coach Candice Walker said that her six starters really stood out for their performance and helped lead the Lady Cougars to victory.

On Saturday, the junior varsity team traveled to Holy Comforter in Tallahassee for a tournament. The JV Lady Cougars came in second overall in the tournament.

Both teams will return to the court on Thursday for a home game against North Florida Christian.
