Grand Jury returns 41 True Bills, 8 no bills of indictment

The May Term Grand Jury returned 41 true bills after convening Monday.
Notable cases included multiple child molestation indictments, possession and trafficking of meth and dog fighting.
Clayton Author Bailey was indicted with one charge of child molestation. Sometime between October 2014 and January 2016, Bailey allegedly molested a girl under the age of 16.
Gary Stephens Glass was the second alleged child molestation offender, charged with three counts of aggravated child molestation. In June and on two different occasions between October 2013 and December 2013, Glass was accused of molesting and causing injury to a child under 16 years old.
David Bradley German was charged for allegedly trafficking 28 grams of meth, possessing marijuana and possessing hydrocodone, each a separate count.
Sadel Antonio Jackson was charged on five counts of cruelty to animals and one count of dogfighting. In April, Jackson is accused of using his dog for fighting another injured dog, ignoring its injuries to the face, neck and legs, and failing to provide adequate food and water for the dog.
Teandra Charmayne Patterson and Stalina Margaret Rich were both charged with arson in the first degree for allegedly setting fire to a house on Campbell Street on June 10. Rich is additionally charged with making a false statement for allegedly lying to authorities in connection to the arson. Rich covered the fact that Patterson owned and drove a black Jeep SUV, the documents read.
