Miss Stewart and Mr. Guest to wed in June
Mr. and Mrs. R.G. Stewart III of Oxford, Georgia announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Megan Stewart, to B.J. Guest, son of Leanne Guest of Brinson and Bruce and Becky Guest of Donalsonville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Glenda and Ray Stewart Jr. of Oxford and the late Ralph and Sara Henderson.
Miss Stewart graduated from a home-schooled program in 2012. She will graduate in May with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Valdosta State University.
The groom-to-be is the grandson of Lee Hughes and the late George “Buck” Hughes of Fargo and Allan and Anelda Guest of Douglasville and the late Gail Folsom.
Mr. Guest graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2010. He is a 2015 graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in Education, and is employed with the Rockdale County Public Schools as a 2nd grade teacher.
The wedding is planned for June 4 at 6:30 p.m. at Gaither Plantation in Covington, Georgia.
