Miss Davis and Mr. Hall to wed in April

Mr. and Mrs. James Earl (Linda Jean) Davis of Tampa, Florida, announce the engagement of their daughter Christine Elizabeth Davis to David Preston Hall, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Earl (Elaine Grimes) Hall of Bainbridge.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Walter and Jenny Kivett from Somerset, Kentucky and of Genevieve Davis of Tampa, and the late James Davis.

She is a 2003 graduate of Pasco High School and received a B.S. in Social Science Education from Florida State University, before earning an M.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy. She is employed at Smith-Gilbert Gardens

The groom-to-be is the grandson of the late Bill and Margie Grimes of Hazelhurst, Ga., of Katy Harrington of Orange Park, Fla. and the late Earl Harrington.

He is a 2003 graduate of Bainbridge High School and graduated from Albany State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is employed by the Woodstock Police Department.

The wedding is planned for April 2 at 6 p.m. in Dade City, Fla., where the reception will follow.

The couple will make their home in Woodstock, Ga.
