Miss Putnal and Mr. Maxwell to wed in March

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Putnal Jr. of Bainbridge are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacqueline Nicole Putnal to Richard Paul Maxwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nathan Maxwell of Climax.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Carolyn W. Putnal Phillips of Bainbridge, the late Joseph W. Putnal Sr., and the late Raymond Phillips, Virginia D. Burke, and the late Edward Pat Burke.

Miss Putnal is a 2010 graduate of Bainbridge High School and is employed as a teller at First State Bank of Bainbridge.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Mrs. Rose Gibson Culverson of Bainbridge and the late Mr. Leon D. Culverson, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis W. Day, Climax, Mrs. Martha Rose Maxwell, Bainbridge, and Mr. Tom Maxwell of Whigham.

He is a 2009 graduate of Bainbridge High School and is employed at Paul Maxwell Farms.

The wedding is planned for March 19 at 4 p.m. at First Christian Church in Bainbridge.

A reception will follow at the Bainbridge Country Club.
