The Snow Flake Ball for special needs adults, sponsored by the Decatur County Special Olympics Committee, will be held at the Kirbo Center on Saturday, Jan. 30, beginning at 6 p.m.

There will be dancing to the music of DJ John Jacobs. A promenade will begin the event with Coley Voyles and Donna Kelly announcing the couples who arrive wearing their finest prom attire. A photographer will be taking photos of each arrival.

Refreshments will be provided by the Bainbridge Pilot Club.

Although the deadline to sign up was Jan. 12, Special Olympics Chairperson Wanda Thomas said on Tuesday that persons who wish to attend and have not yet made reservations may call Kay Ferguson at the Decatur-Seminole Training Center at 246-6108 to check on availability of tickets.
