Elouise Hines

Mother Elouise Hines, 74, of Attapulgus, was born on February 25, 1941 in Vada, Georgia to Daisy Mitchell William and Lazarus Crawford.  She passed away December 30, 2015 at her home.

She attended school in Decatur County. She was baptized in 1976 under the pastorship of Rev. Ealy. She served faithfully under Reverend Levi Kelly as a treasurer, mother, floral coordinator, kitchen committee and performed all of her motherly duties well.

She was united in holy matrimony on July 30, 1960. This union lasted 55 years. From this union they were blessed with eight children. One son preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband, Deacon Spencer Hines Sr.; children: Steve Moore (Ezella) of Tallahassee, Fla., Trudie Burke (Kirture) of Tallahassee, Deacon Spencer Hines Jr. (Linda) of Attapulgus, Frank Hines of Attapulgus, Patrick Hines (Marsha) of Tallahassee, Brenda Knight (Jeffery) of Bainbridge, Rebecca Hines of Tallahassee; siblings, Gertrude McElvy of Buffalo, New York, Ruby Peterson (James) of Bainbridge, Carl Hayes (Tameka) of Tallahassee, Curtis Biggles of Cairo, Leonard Screen of Miami, Fla.; 23 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
