Kyle B. Ward, 31, of Attapulgus, Ga., passed away Monday, December 7, 2015.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Grubbs and Rev. DeWitt Phillips officiating. Interment will be at Cool Springs Cemetery.

Kyle was born November 21, 1984 in Tallahassee, Fla., the son of Curtis Elwood Ward and Callie Katrine Strickland Ward. He was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and was Methodist by faith. Kyle was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 2003.
Kyle loved the beach and the marine life he found there so much he decided to procure his own saltwater aquarium. His curious nature led him to gardening and even knife making. Kyle was an avid FSU fan with a passion for food and cooking. He loved nothing more than sharing an exciting game and good food with his family and friends.
Survivors include his parents, Elwood and Katrine Ward; his brother, Eric L. Ward; his grandmother, Geraldine L. Ward ; his uncle, Kenneth Ward; and his nephew, Brayden Ward.
