Brenda Ingram Powell, 61, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2015 in Tallahassee, FL.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Bainbridge Church Of God with Pastor Dan Tomberlin officiating. Interment will follow at West Bainbridge Cemetery.

Mrs. Powell was born November 2, 1953 in Bainbridge, the daughter of Grover Spurgeon Ingram and Hazel Eunice Newberry Ingram. Brenda worked as a manager for People’s Loan Service for over 30 years and was a life long member of Bainbridge Church Of God. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan.

Survivors include her daughter, Leah Bibby and her husband Chris of Bainbridge; her siblings, Charles Ingram and his wife, Belinda, of Bainbridge,  and Rachel Screws of Tallahassee, Fla.; her five grandchildren, Chloe Powell, Bree Powell, Will Powell, Anna Beth Bibby and Abigail Bibby; two God children, Dee Friday and Tyler Friday and their mother, Jennifer Miller; her daughter-in-law, Glee Powell of Bainbridge; her mother-in-law, Jewel Powell of Bainbridge; her special niece, Ami Ingram Godby; her special nephew, Brandon Ingram; and numerous extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Powell; and her son, William Brian Powell.
