Miss Givens to wed Mr. Joiner

Robert and Andrea Givens of Bainbridge are announcing the engagement of their daughter Brittany Leigh Givens to Jonathan Joiner, son of Michael Joiner and Becky Joiner, both of Colquitt.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Quintilla Gilbourn and the late Jeff Gilbourn of Bainbridge, and of Betty Godwin of Bainbridge and the late Bill Givens.

Miss Givens is a 2011 Bainbridge High School graduate, and received her LPN from Bainbridge State College in 2015. She is employed at Magnolia Women’s Center in Bainbridge.

Mr. Joiner is the grandson of Marion and Lennis Grubbs of Bainbridge and of Lautrella Joiner of Colquitt and the late John T. Joiner.

Mr. Joiner is a 2006 graduate of Miller County High School and is employed as a bulk merchandiser with Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

The wedding is planned for October 24 at 5 p.m. at Southwest Baptist Church. A reception will follow at the Climax Depot.
