Ms. Renee Henley Haire, 46, of Colquitt died Saturday, August 29, 2015, in Early County. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Clyatt and Rev. William Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Tucker Spence, Holden Phillips, J.M. Bryan, Lawton Bevis, Andrew Heard, and Bo Phillips serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Southwest Georgia Academy football team and the Miller County High football team. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 2, 2015, from 1-3 p.m. at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church.

Renee was a member of Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church where she served as music director. She retired from Miller County Board of Education as the Pre-K Director. Prior to working for the Board of Education she worked at Baker County Department of Family and Children Services and as a dental hygenist for Dr. Robert Kikel. She was also a member of the Epsilon Alpha Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi.

She is survived by two sons, Henley Steven Haire and Aaron Lee Haire both of Colquitt; one brother, Kim (Susan) Henley of Colquitt; one sister, Melanie (Lavon) Connell of Whigham; a special friend, Greg Gaughan and his daughter, Aubrey, both of Colquitt.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a college fund that has been set up for her children at First State Bank of Colquitt, attention Livvy Suggs, PO Box 126, 106 West Crawford Street, Colquitt, GA 39837.
