Miss Bailey and Mr. Huckeba to wed in July

Jim and Betty Meredith of Bainbridge, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Krista Shana Bailey to Jesse Allen Huckeba, son of Gerald and Sandy Huckeba and Virginia Ritter. Miss Bailey is the daughter of the late Arnold Bailey.

The bride–elect is the granddaughter of the late Allen and Virgil Lewis and the late Arthur and Daisy Bailey and the late Emma Jean Breaux.

Miss Bailey is a 2006 graduate of Bainbridge High School. In 2011 she graduated from Albany State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is employed at Potter Street Elementary as a special education teacher.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Helen Huckeba and the late Edgar Huckeba and the late Ed and Bertie Pollock.

Mr. Huckeba is a 2004 graduate of Bainbridge High School and is employed with Birdsong Peanuts in Colquitt.

The wedding is planned for July 18 at 3 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene in Bainbridge. The reception will follow at the Woodmen of the world building.
