Bainbridge Public Safety is looking for a vehicle stolen from Calhoun Street Motors in Bainbridge Monday night.

BPS Major Robert Humphrey said the vehicle was a burgundy 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Lt.

“Someone broke into the back door of the business and stole some sets of key,” Humphrey said.

Humphrey said that there were two other sets of keys stolen, and that the thief or thieves may try to take another vehicle.

BPS is using Facebook to circulate a photo of a similar vehicle. The missing Monte Carlo has dark tinted windows and a Calhoun Street Motors Drive-out Tag, according to the post.

Humphrey said that the last stolen vehicle BPS recovered was found in Tallahassee and that missing vehicles are typically found.

“I’m sure it’ll pop up somewhere,” Humphrey said. “They don’t stay missing too long.”
