Gravlee to lead Friendship House in Donalsonville

Missy Rollins, CEO/President of Friends with Jesus Inc., has announced the hiring of Justin Gravlee as the Ministry Operations Director for Friendship House of Jesus in Donalsonville/Seminole County, effective July 1.  The organization plans to open its doors following the initial renovation of the Rambeau Gymnasium.

Gravlee brings 15 years of experience in management and working with children in sports to the job, most recently as the Assistant Director of Student Life and Coordinator of Student Wellness at Bainbridge State College.  Gravlee has also served as the Athletic Director for Grace Christian Academy and tennis professional for the City of Bainbridge and Bainbridge YMCA.

Gravlee will be completing his Masters of Sports Management from Georgia Southern University in the summer of 2015.

Gravlee has served on the board of directors of Friends with Jesus Inc., the parent organization for Friendship House of Jesus, for 10 years and has chaired its personnel committee.

“We’re fortunate to have an individual with the experience and understanding of how our organization operates as the founding Director of the Donalsonville campus”, said Rollins Miller, Friends with Jesus board member.

To jumpstart the renovation of the Rambeau Gymnasium, The Community Foundation of South Georgia has committed to a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $75,000 for phase one of the renovation.  The total renovation cost is estimated to be $150,000.
