Letter to the Editor: Thank you to my classmates

Graduating the other night was such an amazing experience. It was during graduation when I fully realized how grateful to everyone I am and that we really are ready to take another step in our lives. One lesson I believe we learned was to make the most of every moment. We only get one life, so make the most of every second God blesses you with. Strive your best in everything because in the end, the reward is greater for those who gave it all. As I said, I am truly grateful for everyone who has made an impact in my life. I got to thank many of you at graduation the other night. However, I want to focus on my former classmates at this moment.
Hannah, you were always so calm and could find something to be happy about. Chelsey, you were very creative and artistic and great to have in class. Lexie, you were always so joyful and had a great spirit. Ansley, you were so nice, and you and Lexie both have everlasting smiles. Tray, you were so funny and I’m glad I got to share this fantastic senior year with you and Tre. Tre, you were always so chill dude; it was awesome getting to hang out with you this year. Josiah, as I said the other night, you always had a helpful heart and were always willing. Brent, I know we didn’t always see eye-to-eye, but I enjoyed all of our differences and how you were so dedicated. Shellby, you always had your unique flair, and I think we always definitely appreciated that. Aaron, you were always persistent and had a great mind, and I see nothing but success in your future. Merrianna, you were so funny sometimes, but you were so kind. I’m glad we got to grow up together, and I’m proud and honored to be able to call you my cousin. Austin, I’m glad we got to know each other. You have such a great view of life and a very humorous spirit, which we all enjoy. Niklas, you really helped keep things real, and we all loved your witty comments. Logan, it was an honor to call you my best friend, and I’m thankful for every moment we shared. Kaitlin, you had a wonderful heart. I’m so glad we really got to know each other these past few years. You have been SUCH a great friend, and I can’t thank you enough. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for you, I might not have gone to prom this year. Thank you for not letting me regret that, aha.
Again, thank you all so much for the adventures we shared, and the difference you each made in my life. So remember, just as you did in our high school journey, as we go forward in our lives, make the most of every moment you’re given! Fight the good fight, finish the race, keep the faith!
